Role Purpose
This is an initial 12 month FTC maternity cover role. The Outbound Sales Advisor will proactively engage with existing customers to maximise order retention, drive sales growth, and build lasting relationships. This role focuses on re-engaging lapsed accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimise customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to re-engage lapsed accounts, resolve order-related issues, and minimize inactive customer periods.
* Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional product lines, increasing order value and customer loyalty.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot, ensuring visibility of account statuses, contact details, and order histories.
* Indirect Account Management: Collaborate with third-party sales agencies to gather market feedback, manage sample orders, and track wholesaler performance.
