Anderson Knight is hiring a Legal Relay Administrator on a 3 Month FTC for our client based in Glasgow.
Reporting to the Legal Relay Manager, this role is essential in handling customer complaints throughout the lifecycle of a motor finance agreement.
As an Administrator, you will ensure all complaints are accurately recorded in line with company procedures while upholding the client’s values. You will also manage incoming emails, assess queries, and direct them to the appropriate person or log complaints as needed.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
•Accurately log and record complaints in compliance with financial services regulations.
•Manage shared team inboxes efficiently, ensuring queries and complaints are logged or redirected in accordance with FCA guidelines.
•Provide professional and efficient support to internal and external customers, maintaining strong working relationships.
•Contact customers and third parties via email and telephone to gather additional information when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
•Secondary level education.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively.
•Experience handling customer enquiries in both written and verbal formats.
