Technical Contracts Administrator required in Liverpool.
£30,000 Plus per annum
Our client, one of the UK’s leading names in their industry, are looking for experienced Administrator to join their team at their site in Huyton, Liverpool.
As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for providing and maintaining an excellent service level to customers and internal departments.
- Creating and sending invoices and taking payments from customers
- Reconciling purchase orders with the vendors' delivery notes and invoices.
- Updating and maintain documents, systems and databases.
- Process incoming enquiries.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- General Office duties deemed appropriate by management.
- Welcoming visitors and clients in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare meeting areas in advance of events.
Our client is looking for someone:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Experience with technical drawings
- Experience within the Construction Industry
This is a permanent position.
The job operates on Monday to Friday, working 9am until 5pm.
The salary £30,000 per annum
