Swanky is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Growth Accelerator team, where you’ll work closely with ambitious brands to continuously optimise and accelerate their Shopify Plus stores. As a Project Manager in this team, you’ll be at the heart of driving long-term success for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Senior Project Manager on our Growth Accelerator team, your role will focus on managing ongoing client relationships and delivering continuous improvements to their Shopify Plus stores. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects related to growth initiatives—whether they involve design, development, marketing, or optimization—are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of retainer-based growth Accelerator accounts, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and ongoing client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to deliver continuous optimizations and improvements to client stores. Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed, aligned, and confident in the progress of their growth initiatives. Prioritising and coordinating workstreams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met. Identifying opportunities for growth within client Accelerator and collaborating with the team to propose and implement new strategies. Troubleshooting any issues that arise and managing risks to avoid disruptions to project delivery. Regularly reviewing project performance and client feedback to continuously improve processes and results. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in project management, in a digital agency or eCommerce environment. A strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce best practices. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships. A proactive mindset, able to anticipate client needs and drive solutions. Experience with data-driven strategies and performance marketing is a plus.
