Qualifications
* The candidate must be familiarized with ACONEX and other similar programs.
* The candidate must have at least 20 years of general experience with at least 10 years in a similar role for the oil and gas sector.
* The candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 7 years in leading teams of document controllers.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and submitting Project Management Plan.
* Schedule [Sr. Scheduler, Scheduler, Sr. Coordination Engineer, Coordination Engineer, Sr. Planner, Planner].
* Document control system development and administration.
* Management of the information systems.
* Project management team equipment and supplies management.
* Project management report development.
* Review of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents.
* Development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan.
* Periodic preparation and processing of site reports.
* Management of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices).
* Maintenance of contract documents.
* Processing of contractor documents.
