Job: Sales Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Slough
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Length of Assignment: On going
Hours of Work: 09.00 - 17.30 and 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday (rotational basis) and 1 in 4 weekends
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator who will act as a single point of contact with the company business partners. Your customer service skills will be used to assist with processing new business through a Point-Of-Sale System and provide day-to-day operational support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process proposals and entering customer personal details and quote figures
* Monitoring system updates on the status of proposals & updating the customer portal system
* Work closely with departments to progress proposals and chase any missing documents
* Provide email and telephone support
* General administration
* Adhere to company regulations and requirements
Key Skills:
* Previous customer service experience
* PC literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Good communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Capable of working under pressure
