Seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand strategy efforts for a renowned luxury British product. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO and Founder, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. This role is crucial in driving the company's commercial success and ensuring alignment with its long-term vision. You will be responsible for developing strategies that showcase our British, London, and luxury identity, ensuring consistency across all sales channels (B2C, B2B, and retail). With a strong focus on digital growth and product development, you will lead marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, boost online presence, and support the launch of our flagship store in London. This role would suit a candidate who is has a strong B2C background and deep knowledge of E-commerce. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a brand strategy that highlights the core principles of British luxury. Create and execute integrated marketing communication plans for all sales channels, focusing on consistency and brand narrative. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including a Social Media and E-commerce Manager. Establish and manage a network of third-party agencies (branding, PR, digital development). Lead PR efforts to support the launch of our flagship store and barista training academy. Drive digital and e-commerce growth, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and improving subscriptions. Oversee the development of new products and gifting strategies to enhance brand value. Requirements : Proven experience in leading marketing functions, particularly in luxury goods or retail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team. Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand strategy. The salary on offer is £70,000 - £90,000 D.O.E bonus shares.
