We are seeking a dedicated ER Specialist to work on a broad range of ER cases within this outsourcing business.

A large outsourcing business going through a period of change, with sites throughout the UK.
Description
The ER Specialist will work closely with line managers and provide support and guidance on a broad range of ER issues. You will:
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, up to and including dismissals and potential tribunals.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of UK employment law
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management where needed
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Signpost managers to outsourced HR advice line where appropriateProfile
To be suitable for this ER Specialist role, you will need to be/have:
Degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or CIPD level 5/7 preferred
Proven experience in an ER Specialist role or a generalist HR background with a focus on complex and volume employee relations casework
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Pragmatic approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available immediately or on short notice and able to commit for a minimum of three monthsJob Offer
