Burton Upon Trent Up to £55,000 pa (DOE) Performance related bonuses Annual increments to holiday entitlement As a Residential Manager you will need to possess the following skills and attributes: Recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level within a Children Residential Service A Good or Outstanding grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections Exceptional management & leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care. Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) - or equivalent Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management - or equivalent What do you get in return?
