We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for various temporary roles across a network of specialist schools in and around Hastings and East Sussex. This role involves supporting learners in both primary and secondary education on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and through targeted interventions. Starting in September, we offer both part-time and full-time positions. Our schools embrace a community ethos, ensuring every child feels valued. To be considered, candidates must have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, or similar roles within educational or care settings. Our schools cater to mixed-ability and SEN learners, with each site hosting approximately 70+ students. We deliver a comprehensive curriculum with above-average national attainment.
