This role deals with all aspects of transportation needs for our customers, from processing bookings to handling a range of customer inquiries, including offering advice on journey lengths and providing cost estimates, as well as making any amendments or cancellations at the customer's request. All interactions must be handled accurately and professionally at all times. Customer requests are received via inbound telephone calls.
Working with our bespoke computer system, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Our customer base is exceptionally diverse, bringing a good deal of variety to the role.
This role is work-from-home, but you must be located in or around Aberdeen. You will be provided with brand new equipment to carry out your duties. The business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Shift days will be Tuesday to Saturday, with hours to be confirmed if successful.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone calls from customers, handling all requests professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
* Escalate any customer complaints or feedback.
