Primary objective of the job: We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, growing team and help drive brand awareness and customer consideration. This role will focus on supporting the Brand and Marketing Lead and Marketing Coordinators across all consumer touchpoints from retail, digital and wholesale, to PR and events. What you’ll be doing:
* Assisting the Brand and Marketing Lead, Digital Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator with marketing activities and delivering the overall brand strategy.
* Supporting the marketing team on the briefing and coordination of campaign and BAU assets across multiple channels in line with the brand’s critical path and marketing calendar.
* Supporting on store events including openings, closings, re-sites, promotions and store birthdays
* Briefing and coordinating campaign and BAU assets for our international ecommerce partner
* Supporting on asset requirements for wholesale, concessions and other third-party suppliers
* Managing the marketing inbox and responding to requests from stores.
* Providing marketing collateral to malls
* Assist the marketing and production teams on the coordination of product samples, tracking and documentation for campaign photoshoots and managing samples with our PR agency.
* Updating and maintaining the marketing budget tracker, tracking and filing invoices for the marketing team
What you’ll need:
* A passion for marketing and fashion retail.
* You are highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a busy schedule with excellent communication and written skills
* You are a great team player and have the ability and confidence to liaise with people from all over the business (up to director level) and external suppliers
* Experience working in a lean team – knowing how to collaborate to make things happen at pace
* An excellent creative eye and attention to detail
* Experience in briefing marketing assets across a variety of marketing channels
* A passion for championing customers – understanding how they feel about our brand and products and bringing this into the business
* You will have experience using Asana or other workflow management tools
* A good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Brave, open and creative with a good sense of humour
