Amazing corporate client is looking for an experienced Reception Administrator to join their wonderful team. Although the role will have traditional front of house elements, it will mainly be Team Assistant support to the wider offer. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, are able to juggle multiple tasks at once, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities may include but aren’t limited to:
1. Meeting and greeting guests, managing meeting rooms
2. Taking calls and handling the reception inbox
3. Secretarial support; diary management and travel booking
4. Organising couriers, taxis, and post
5. General office assistance
Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years in a Reception/Admin Role within the Professional services
2. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
3. Strong attention to detail
4. High level of organisational skills
5. Hard-working and proactive
General information & package details:
1. £40,000 - £50,000
2. Notice: up to 1 month
3. Based: Central London
4. 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5 days in the office Mon-Fri
