We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy Exeter Branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
The team supports the busy workshop by managing, booking, and maintaining job cards, ensuring they are accurately processed in a timely manner. The role involves engaging and communicating with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities include managing the workshop workload, supporting the parts department with ordering parts and subcontract work when required, costing work, and raising invoices from job cards or repair orders. You will also handle cash and cheques for completed work and parts used, ensuring proper charging to accounts. Additionally, you will report on time, hours sold, statistics, and budgetary information as needed.
We seek someone who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a small, passionate team. Ideally, candidates will have some technical knowledge and administrative experience in a customer service setting.
