Proposition Manager
Salary – National Circa £55,000 / London Circa £65,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a Proposition Manager to lead and support the design of new propositions and enhancements to existing ones—ensuring Aviva continues to optimise its position in the advised platform market.
A bit about the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer-led investment and retirement product capabilities for Aviva’s adviser-focused business. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating proposition developments and ensuring they align with adviser and customer needs.
Your role will involve:
1. Conducting market analysis to understand the adviser landscape, competitor offerings, and regulatory environment.
2. Supporting the development of our advised platform proposition to attract and retain customers and advisers.
3. Documenting and articulating proposition developments to internal and external audiences.
4. Ensuring compliance with risk management and governance processes to deliver good customer outcomes.
5. Managing relationships with key partners, including suppliers, industry groups, and regulators.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Knowledge of, or willingness to build expertise in, the advised platform market, including competitors and products.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to present new ideas clearly.
3. Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams.
4. Understanding of Aviva’s product development and Risk & Governance frameworks, or the ability to develop this knowledge.
5. Experience in developing business cases, assessing pricing structures, and considering commercial impacts of change.
What you’ll get for this role:
1. Salary – National Circa £55,000 / London Circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
