The successful candidate will demonstrate not only exemplary teaching skills but also a deep commitment to inclusive education, enabling students with SEND to fully access our rigorous curriculum. You will play a critical role in working directly with students and their families, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in reaching their full potential. Your excellent communication and collaborative skills will be essential as you lead and inspire a dedicated team of Teaching Partners and fellow teaching staff, fostering a cohesive approach to inclusion across the College. We are looking for a passionate and visionary individual capable of coordinating and driving forward our 'Assess, Plan, Do, Review' processes. You will take responsibility for liaising with external professionals and Local Authorities, writing and reviewing EHCPs, and managing effective interventions. As part of your leadership role, you will actively contribute to professional development initiatives across the College, helping colleagues adopt strategies that enhance the educational experience of our SEND students.
