The University of Bristol wishes to recruit a scientist with a passion for research and interest in developing new instrumentation. As a KTP Associate, you will work with Markes International to embed new know-how using research and academic support from the University. You will be the project lead and have the creative freedom to suggest changes and implement your ideas. The project involves:
1. Creating detailed product specifications for new parts.
2. Developing and managing test plans, recording, and presenting results to the project teams.
3. Ensuring the new instrument delivers the highest quality chromatography and is fully validated through application tests.
4. Transferring knowledge from the University of Bristol to the Markes team, including writing user manuals and training other people.
You will be part of the Product team at Markes and will work closely with colleagues at Markes and the University of Bristol. You will also be engaging directly with customers and prospective customers to discuss technical specifications, ideas, and potential development projects.
