Our clients, based in Fareham are seeking a part time Administrator to join their friendly, growing team.
The Office Administrator will act as a brand ambassador as 'Front of house' for our clients delivering effective customer service to all. Ensure smooth running of operations and organisation on site.
Duties:
- Receiving visitors when they arrive and showing them the respective offices (if applicable)
- Managing office supplies & stationary, scheduling contractors required to attend site ? Arrange meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments when required
- Sorting and distributing mail - incoming and outgoing
- Support all departments with administrative tasks
- Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required by the Human Resources Manage
