This is a permanent role. The team is based in our Stratford-upon-Avon office but operates under flexible working arrangements. As a Senior Programmatic Executive, your role will involve delivering best-in-class brief responses and ensuring campaign objectives are being met for our clients in retail. Leisure, travel and more. Collaborating with the Programmatic Manager, you will contribute to the development of strategies and campaign recommendations across display, online video, YouTube and CTV campaigns. You will work closely with a team of traders to ensure the day-to-day management of campaigns adheres to all tmwi’s processes and best practices. Proactively suggesting optimisations and innovations, you will actively contribute to enhancing the overall performance of the campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities Planning: Analyse briefs to understand client and business goals. Develop responses to briefs with clear rationales on programmatic opportunities, with support from a strategist. Create comprehensive media plans, including relevant channels (Display, Online Video, YouTube, CTV) with well-defined KPIs and targeting. Account Management: Oversee the campaign process to ensure traders have all the necessary information for accurate campaign activation. Monitor campaigns daily to ensure they deliver results aligned with client objectives. Analyse and interpret data to suggest optimisations to traders, and provide clients with insightful weekly commentary or PCA reports. Client Account Management: Build strong relationships across the client services team and with clients, actively contributing to weekly client calls and PCAs. Effectively present campaign performance to clients, offering insightful analysis and suggesting innovative strategies based on trends and learnings for future campaigns. Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader team to identify programmatic activity opportunities. Develop relationships with publishers, suppliers and key partners to deliver value to the agency. Stay informed about industry developments related to programmatic channels, new technologies, competitor offerings and market trends. Translate findings into actionable recommendations. Produce case studies to showcase your work and help the agency demonstrate excellence. Behaviours & Skills Proactive, collaborative and process-driven with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Experience running programmatic campaigns in DV360 or other DSPs. Strong programmatic knowledge across all objectives, from awareness to conversions, and multiple channels (display, video, etc). Strong client services and presentation skills. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Google Analytics. Passionate about the digital industry.
