This is also a great opportunity for an Apprentice to learn new and innovative Cloud Infrastructure Skills and Cybersecurity Technology from a friendly and approachable team that are keen to support you - including our former IT Apprentice who will take an active role in helping you succeed in your Apprenticeship by offering Mentoring support.
Main responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to:]
1. Desktop Support for over 80 users and escalate and prioritise tasks where appropriate.
2. Monitor and respond to all IT service requests via a ticketing system, telephone, face to face and email. Log all support requests in the ticketing system. regardless of how the support was raised and ensuring all tickets are always 100% up to date.
3. Cloud Server Support for Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual desktop.
