Key Skills & Experience:
1. Regional Sales Director or Regional Manager background in Media, Advertising, SaaS, Digital, Tech or Professional Services.
2. Strong experience in people management, coaching, and structured performance development.
3. Confident working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance data to influence outcomes.
4. A natural mentor - someone who can build trust, inspire, and drive results through others.
5. Able to think both tactically and strategically to enhance team performance and customer value.
