About us
The Occupational Health Service consists of a small team based at Civic Offices. The OH Department supports the health and wellbeing of all staff members across the Council including Schools and provides a variety of services including Management Referrals, Health Surveillance and Health Screening, Immunisations, Counselling and Health Promotion/Wellbeing.
The team consists of an OH Nurse Manager, an OH Nurse, Administrator and two OH Physicians as well as Counsellors.
The service aims to provide a confidential supportive service with an emphasis on supporting the needs of Employees and Managers in dealing with all aspects of health and wellbeing.
About the role
Pay Details: Pay Scale - Grade 3 (£24,404 p.a.) £12.65 per hour
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week – full time permanent

Description:
Within the role you will use your expertise in data input, database management, diary management and coordination and preparation of reports. The role will also include audio typing, writing and preparing letters and maintenance and development of office systems.
The service will shortly be moving to a new online Occupational Health System (CORITY)
