The Business Analyst Apprentice role will focus on data management, process analysis and exploitation of digital tools. The analyst will look to identify opportunities within the business and functions and deliver operational changes to drive positive business outcomes. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will work closely with experienced business analysts and cross-functional teams to support various business projects. Delivered in partnership with our specialist provider partner Digital Native, this programme will be delivered via a blended model - including live virtual sessions, online learning and a quarterly face-to-face Hackathon. The programme will conclude with an End Point Assessment, followed by roll-off into your permanent role within the Thales UK business. Requirements: Strong interest in business analysis, business operations or project management Basic understanding of business processes, data management, or IT systems (advantageous but not required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment You will also need 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A-C) including English and Maths (or equivalent), plus a Level 3 qualification to demonstrate the ability to learn at this level. Suitable Level 3 qualifications might include A Levels (Grade C or above), Highers, T Level (Merit or above), BTEC Diploma (Merit or above).
