Our thriving Business department offers a full-time permanent position. The department is well-resourced, with high student numbers opting for these subjects, including significant teaching at both A Level and BTEC in the Sixth Form.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has:
* An awareness of Rosenshine’s principles of instruction
* An understanding of key substantive and disciplinary concepts in business, economics, and entrepreneurship
* An awareness of concepts explored in Tom Sherrington’s ‘Walkthru’ series or Doug Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’ series
* An ability to promote excellent standards of student learning, achievement, progress, attainment, and behaviour through effective and collaborative work
* An ability to deliver inspiring lessons
