Provide comprehensive administrative support for Estates and Facilities Managers and their community-based team members. Work with a team of administrators based at Bridgwater House to provide an extensive administration service. Raise and receipt orders on Integra for Estates and Facilities Managers, and code orders as required. Attend Estates and Facilities led meetings, create agendas, and take and transcribe formal meeting minutes. Collate reports using various systems for Estates and Facilities team members as required. Assist the Business Support Coordinator with the collation of ERIC (Estates Returns Information Collection), PAM (Premise Assurance Model), and PLACE (Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment) as required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
