This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join a dynamic team in a growing organisation. The Role: As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of products from the Far East, ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, and lead time. You will play a key role in supplier management, negotiating contracts, and driving efficiencies within the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for products from the Far East, ensuring competitiveness and supply continuity. Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers while managing and developing existing supplier relationships. Lead cost-saving initiatives and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve commercial objectives. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with business needs. Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure a proactive approach to procurement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a Senior Buyer or Procurement role within the wholesale sector. Strong experience in sourcing from the Far East, including supplier negotiations and contract management. Excellent commercial acumen with a strategic approach to procurement.
