Job Description Administrator Job Role Our client based in Huntingdon who are a leading supplier of printed products to the education sector are currently looking for administrators. Successful applicants will be supporting the Customer Account Management team in processing orders in a professional manner ensuring that schools receive a premium service where all orders placed are processed and delivered on time. Job Responsibilities To enter jobs onto the database and ensure the information is updated throughout the production process. Ability to use a CRM system and database to ensure all information is kept current. Tracking jobs throughout the manufacturing progress. Being able to communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers by telephone and email. Updating the customer user information on the database. Person Specification Have a problem-solving attitude, working with the Customer Account Advisors to solve all types of queries. Able to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers and enjoy dealing with people Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Strong Team Player and able to work on own initiative Good communication skills Hours of Work and Pay 8am – 4:00 pm M-F £11.44/hour 37.5 hours per week.
