Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen. Roster: Monday to Friday 9.30AM - 6.00PM What This Role Involves: Preparing & presenting foods including bulk cooking Preparing texture-modified foods Ability to work independently Demonstrable team management, development & leadership Delivering excellent customer service to enhance residents' dining experiences Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices Skills And Experiences The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management (advantageous) Strong communication skills What’s in it for me?
