About Our Client: Our client is a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to providing exceptional service, with a strong focus on teamwork and client relationships.

Package Details: The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £35,000-£45,000 Per Annum. Other benefits include:
1. 25 days of base holiday.
2. Private medical care after probation, with the option to add a partner at personal cost.
3. 5% gross employer contribution to the pension.
4. Health insurance providing 50% salary until retirement in case of serious illness.
5. Four times life cover.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Support the advice process, including client liaison and communication.
2. Produce standard and customised reports, including suitability reports, meeting notes, and review letters.
3. Conduct detailed analysis of portfolios and prepare product research in collaboration with advisers.
4. Attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up with actionable items.
5. Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring complex information is communicated in a clear and client-friendly manner.
6. Work to deadlines, coordinating with operations and advisory teams to manage peak periods.
7. Uphold regulatory compliance throughout the advice process.
The Ideal Employee: The ideal candidate should possess the following:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in an IFA environment.
2. Level 4 Diploma or active progress towards it.
3. Strong knowledge of financial services products, particularly pensions and pension legislation.
4. Proficiency in client communication across various formats (face-to-face, written, verbal).
5. Familiarity with Curo/Time4Advice and Transact platform (preferred but not essential).
6. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Experience required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy IFA practice.
Qualifications required: Level 4 Diploma or active progress towards it.
