French or Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Londonderry
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Main duties:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting new clients, resolving first-time buying issues, analysing customer trends, supporting auctions, and collaborating with internal teams.
The role:
– Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients in Europe
– Assist first-time customers with deposit and bidder number allocation
– Analyse data to identify new customer trends
– Support auction operations as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to maintain strong working relationships
– Some travelling to Europe may occur, particularly France and Spain
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in Spanish or French (written and spoken)
– Additional fluency in German – Advantageous
– Previous experience in customer relations
– Strong problem-solving and workload management skills
– Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
– Ability to compile and present data reports
