We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join a digital agency which is at an exciting phase of growth.

This role would be ideal for an Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career, or an Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge with more ownership over their accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing your own portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact while taking a strategic role in evaluating performance.
2. Briefing internal production teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs and deadlines.
3. Developing a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, identifying new opportunities for growth, and exceeding expectations.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, adapting your communication approach to fit their needs.
5. Ensuring every client interaction adds value, providing insights that paint a full picture of performance and opportunities.
6. Collaborating with the wider client services team to share best practices and ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
2. A natural communicator with proven experience in client relationship management.
3. A proactive team player who is approachable and takes initiative.
4. Experience in a client services role at Account Manager or Account Executive level in an agency environment.
5. A passion for digital marketing, ideally with experience working alongside SEO and PPC teams.
6. A strong interest in learning about different businesses and applying that knowledge to drive growth through digital strategies.
