MacGregor Black are partnering with an FMCG business, on the search for a Internal Recruiter. This is a permanent role based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles, from day-to-day hiring to executive-level positions.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
* Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience.
* Own the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and alignment with company values.
* Support and lead executive-level recruitment, ensuring confidentiality and precision in hiring.
* Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and succession planning.
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to drive strategic hiring decisions.
* Drive and enhance the company’s EVP to attract and retain top talent.
* Develop content for careers pages, LinkedIn, and other employer branding channels.
* Collaborate with marketing and HR to create recruitment campaigns that showcase company culture and benefits.
* Analyse hiring metrics and recruitment data to refine processes and improve efficiency.
* Implement best practices in diversity hiring, ensuring an inclusive recruitment strategy.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in recruitment technology.
What We're Looking For?
* Proven experience in internal recruitment, ideally within an FMCG or fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work on both operational recruitment and strategic employer branding initiatives.
* Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and managing executive hiring processes.
* Experience in developing EVP and employer branding campaigns is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
* Able to analyse recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
* A genuine interest in creating an excellent candidate experience and shaping a great company culture.
