As the Bid Cooordinator your main responsibilities will be ;- Sourcing, collating, writing and winning high value new and retained tenders to ensurg the documentation is written and presented to the highest possible standard Raising the companys profile via exceptional quality tender submissions and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires. Work effectively with all departments, gathering required data Monitoring all formal tender feedback on proposals both won and lost Facilitating a lessons learned analysis where necessary in order to continuously improve the quality of our bid library Working with multiple stakeholders across the business. As an accomplishedBid Coordinator you will have experienceof bid and tender preparation, be a confident user of social mediaplatforms and possess the financial acumen to maximise profitability ontenders.
