Weighbridge Administrator
Salary – 12.21 Per Hour
Hours – 42.5 Hours per week
Location – Lillyhall Landfill Site, CA14 4JH
As a Weighbridge Administrator at FCC Environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Lillyhall site. You will manage the weighbridge system, support administrative functions, and work closely with site management to ensure site policies, permits, and health and safety regulations are upheld.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

What will you be doing?
•Receiving waste streams in accordance with the legislation requirements of duty of care – Waste types include Hazardous, non-hazardous and low-level radioactive wastes.
•Updating and maintaining the company integrated management system documentation and archives.
•Maintaining dates of statutory or regulatory inspections
•Operating the site weighbridge system and processing weighbridge tickets
•Carrying out site inductions and ensuring compliance with site rules
•Providing reception and administrative support, including phone and email queries
Raising purchase orders and managing stock and supplies
What are we looking for?
•Basic computer literacy, especially in Word and Excel
•Experience in administrative tasks and record keeping
•Good communication skills and professional telephone manner
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•Strong timekeeping and self-motivation
•Honest, hardworking, and courteous approach
•Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
