I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between sales teams and clients.
Responsibilities
1. Report to the Depot Manager on all sales activities within the internal sales office.
2. Provide support to both internal and external sales teams to help achieve sales targets set by management.
3. Engage in all necessary training related to sales, systems, and products, collaborating with external sales staff, senior managers, and suppliers.
4. Handle all sales administration tasks, including quotations, system training, product knowledge updates, dashboard maintenance, and pricing management.
5. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Develop existing business relationships and pursue new leads, working with external sales staff, suppliers, and market intelligence sources.
7. Generate and nurture leads while expanding the customer base.
8. Network with key industry suppliers through office visits and phone interactions.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
2. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
3. Excellent administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Working Hours & Job Type
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
