Join our team as an Office 365 Messaging Engineer and be part of leading-edge technology projects. Our Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services Practice provides solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management, and ongoing support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure.
The role requires shift working from 7AM to 11 PM Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day L3 support of Office 365 messaging, MS Exchange, mail issues, etc.
* Completing tickets in a timely manner with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
* Suggesting and making improvements to operational processes through automation.
* Monitoring Microsoft O365 systems and licensing, and reacting promptly to alerts or escalated outage tickets.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience handling support for major issues efficiently and effectively, as well as expertise in Azure, O365, and related admin portals, PowerShell, and automation tools like MFCMAPI, Wireshark, and Netmon.
Additional desired skills include experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Power Automate, Azure Virtual Desktop, MDM, and Application Packaging.
