Our client is an international/ growing fulfilment organisation, with a head office in West London
The job: They are looking for an exceptionally organised and communicative HR Administrator to provide a first-class HR shared service to all stakeholders across various sites. Someone with proven organisational and administration skills. Someone with proven ability to build relationships
Duties include;
* Produce HR reports
* Update the HR database
* Responsible for the administration of; employee benefits, staff travel passes, purchase orders
* Dealing with/ respond to employee requests in a timely manner
* Oversee responses to subject access requests from employees
* Support the performance management process
* Undertake HR project work as and when required
Relevant profiles / experience
* We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a similar role (a varied/ busy/ high volume HR admin role)
* Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive and proactive attitude.
* Proven admin skills - use of all MS applications
* Ability to work in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
* Proven relationship building experience
