We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers *Drivers* As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to adults and children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
* Assisting with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
* Implementing behaviour management strategies to address challenging behaviours.
* Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Mandatory – *Full UK Driving License*
2. Experience: Previous experience working with children and adults
3. Must have at least 6 months UK care experience and Right to work in the UK
4. An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service – Should you need to apply for a new DBS we can support you with this.
5. An up-to-date CV with all employment history
6. To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users.
7. Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy and understanding approach.
