We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we have an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Regional Sales Manager to contribute to the Terex Recycling Systems Team.

Position Details
Terex Recycling Systems (TRS) specialises in the design and build of stationary and modular recycling systems, and Zen Robotics is the world leader in AI powered waste sorting robots. Together we provide our customers with a “one stop shop” to meet their recycling needs. Our customers range from small family-owned companies to large corporate accounts, and from heavy C&D haulers to light packaging waste recyclers, and everything in between.
What you’ll do
1. To further develop, implement and coordinate a sales and marketing strategy in line with the organisation’s growth targets.
2. To secure sales orders for machines and parts in line with agreed targets, whilst striving to maintain or improve company sales margins.
3. To carry out ongoing research of local market and business activity and identify new opportunities for current and future products.
4. To receive feedback on existing products and services, as well as changes, enhancements and new products and convey information to engineering and marketing team members for research and consideration.

What you will bring
Experience Level & Required Qualifications:
1. Waste industry experience is essential, so we expect you to have a strong background in waste processing equipment and/or plant sales.
2. Existing customer base and a good reputation in the industry.
3. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding set sales targets.
4. Experience from a multi sales channel approach including direct B2B, resellers, agents, and strategic integrator partners.
5. Technical knowhow and experience from waste sorting systems and equipment.
6. A degree in Engineering or Business Administration would be desirable.
7. Professional written and verbal communication.
8. Ability to communicate and interact with team members and outside visitors from different hierarchies and cultures.
9. Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet specific targets.
