As a Customer Success manager (Technical Product Adoption Specialist), you will be responsible for ensuring that customers effectively adopt and use their products to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, provide training and support, and drive user engagement. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers maximise value.
Key Responsibilities:
User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to help customers understand and effectively use our products.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to using our products.
