This charity wasmissioned by the local authority to provide a support service for themunity of Solihull for those with mental health problems. This charity is there to provide advice, guidance & signposting service, supporting those who need general advice, support with benefits, those with money or housing related issues and any of those with health concerns.
Your new role
Your new role is to deliver a holistic service to service users with mental health problems, through all mediums, face to face, by phone, email and any other digital platform. You will manage a case load of service users with a variety of needs that relate to anything from their health to general day-to-day support. The objective is to enable all residents of Solihull to have access to a Single Point of Contact that promotes health and wellbeing, prevention and early intervention, leading to improved oues for individuals andmunities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in being considered for this role, you will be able to show examples of experience of engaging and supporting a vulnerable client group where you have offered a wide range of advice, guidance and support to meet their needs and enhance their life & independence. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.

This is an initial temporary role for a minimum of 3 months, paying up to £16 per hour + mileage. You will work as part of a large team with an excellent culture with full support from all colleagues who are all working to improve the lives of those with mental health problems.
