We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator / Office Administrator to work with our Client in Stretford, M32.
The job will be in an operational team which covers Customer Service and Supply Chain.
Basic duties will include:
* Preparing customer orderbooks for Account Managers to review
* Helping to resolve general customer queries relating to delivery issues and delivery dates – i.e. responding to emails, looking on the system etc.
* Providing delivery confirmation to customers
* Chasing suppliers for information, for them to acknowledge orders and to provide us with delivery dates
* General department admin such as filing, updating quarantine logs, shredding, and answering the telephone to direct calls.
The hours for the job are:
8:30 – 17:00 (with 30 min unpaid lunch break) Monday to Friday.
40 hours week.
Up to £29k/annum
Important criteria:
* Excel knowledge is what we need
* Polite engaging manner on the telephone
* Good written English for sending emails to customers
* Previous customer service or supply chain experience or a desire to develop in these areas is an advantage
Training on basic parts of the ERP system that they will need to use will be provided.
This is a temp role with potential for a permanent contract.
