Job Description
Biocodex is a French family-owned pharmaceutical company headquartered in Gentilly, near Paris, France. The company was founded in 1953 to develop and market the world’s first probiotic yeast strain, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745, discovered in 1923.
Building on relationships established for nearly 70 years with healthcare professionals, the Biocodex teams work daily for the health of all and focus their activities around three main areas: Microbiota, Orphan diseases & Women’s health.

In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Regional Patient Care Partner (area: North UK).
Within our Orphan Drug Division, you will act as the primary customer interface, providing comprehensive disease and product knowledge, executing sales and marketing strategies in the territory concerned.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance and Territory management
* Contribute to Europe’s overall performance by achieving both individual quantitative and qualitative goals as well as qualitative team objectives during each 4-month cycle;
* Cultivate strong relationships with all stakeholders (inc. KOL) by being an expert in pathology, treatments and country/regional healthcare ecosystem. Leverage HQ projects or insights-based initiatives;
* Identify factors influencing prescription patterns and country/center specific sources of growth. Develop personalized communication strategies aligned with the global strategy, marketing campaign and country compliance rules;
* Chair bi-weekly country meetings in collaboration with a cross-functional team and share monthly sales and activity analysis;
* Provide comprehensive country situation analysis to Marketing and actively contribute to defining the strategic country plan;
* Develop, implement and monitor a cross-functional action/mitigation plan aligned with the global strategic plan using appropriate tools;
Regional Patient Care Partnering
* Identify centers/HCP networks and country/center specific patient journeys from the initial symptoms to diagnosis, treatment and beyond;
* Propose and execute patient-centric solutions, working with counterparts, and employ continuous evaluation to refine patient care strategies for ongoing improvement;
* Engage with diverse stakeholders to foster collaborations, enabling seamless coordination and support throughout the entire patient care continuum;
Customer Excellence and Reputation
* Qualify HCP/accounts, analyze data, and define engagement plans;
* Demonstrate profound scientific knowledge and engage in high-quality conversations with HCPs;
* Establish a high level of access to targeted HCPs through an omnichannel approach and data-driven engagement;
* Be recognized as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) in the country/territory by all stakeholders for all company-related activities;
* Elevate company awareness and reputation by highlighting global programs in the field;
Team spirit and X-functional collaboration
* Collaborate with the medical team to support education and disease awareness within the country community. Co-create high added-value projects with Marketing and Medical;
* Foster a culture of feedback with all internal partners in a trusted and constructive environment;
* Embrace a growth mindset with confidence and pride;
* Initiate spontaneous, informal, and regular touchpoints with other KAM and Medical/Marketing counterparts to share insights, address objections, exchange best practices, and discuss successes and failures.
YOUR PROFILE
* Hold a degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification
* 4+ years in specialty pharmaceutical marketing/sales, preferably with a proven success record in orphan diseases, candidates with expertise in marketing product management are particularly welcomed
* Demonstrated experience in collaborating across medical, commercial, patient advocacy, and market access functions, showcasing the ability to thrive as both an independent self-starter and a valuable team player in a dynamic environment
* Proven track record in negotiation and influence within healthcare settings, consistently achieving agreed-upon and measurable objectives
* Highly effective and persuasive communicator possessing excellent presentation skills
* Proficiency in securing funding for both new and existing drugs, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of national, regional, and local funding processes
* Track record of successfully working with various partners on joint projects, ensuring benefits for all stakeholders, with a special focus on patients and their caregivers
* Exceptional organizational skills, adept at problem-solving, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Fosters open and honest conversations with colleagues, providing candid and constructive ongoing feedback
* Values transparency, readily sharing best practices, and remains receptive to constructive feedback
* Proficiency in French will be highly valued (not mandatory)
