Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Main Duties:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries, proactively develop new leads, maintain the CRM system, collaborate with sales teams, and present the company’s products and capabilities across various communication platforms.
The Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Research and develop leads within the European market, identifying decision-makers and building relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, from lead generation to closing.
- Work with the internal sales team to follow up on and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Present and demonstrate products via phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to support customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
The Candidate:
- Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong sales experience, ideally in a technical field.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lead-generation-focused environment.
- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused.
