Requirements:
Our client is searching for a Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of market opportunities, procurement routes, and the East Midlands region. As a Business Development Manager, you will support the business in their growth plan alongside supporting the bid team and working closely with the Regional Director to develop key accounts and build relationships with new clients.
Key Duties:
1. Maintain healthy relationships for the regional frameworks.
2. Carry out market research to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Develop new and existing accounts with key clients.
4. Increase new business sales in line with targets.
5. B2B sales, influencing, presentation, and business promotion.
6. Manage and conduct formal customer feedback.
7. Work with the senior management team.

Package Info:
1. Basic Salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (Negotiable DOE).

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Business Development Manager with a construction main contractor.
