An international Energy Management & Solution organisation is currently looking for a Head of Sales. The company supports property owners, allowing them to manage and cut carbon emissions. Data is at the core of what the company does, helping multi-site organisations manage their energy. The company purchases and manages energy as well as offering energy management solutions. They offer a comprehensive spectrum of services, bringing new technologies to the market.
Responsibilities
* Develop & execute a commercial sales strategy
* Manage sales & marketing team
* Lead end to end sales process
* Manage KPI’s
* Present value propositions to clients
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective marketing documents are produced
* Analyse market developments in the energy sector
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience in the energy sector, particularly energy management and energy services
* Experience of developing sales strategies in the energy sector
* Understanding of RFI, RFP, RFQ and ITT
* Experience of leading commercial & contractual negotiations
* Ability to present clear messages to clients
* Ability to lead & inspire a team
