Hampshire County Council are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our friendly, high performing BAU Maintenance team.
Are you passionate about IT and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies? Our team of third-level engineers handles a diverse range of exciting BAU maintenance activities. We work with Hyperconverged Infrastructure, VMware, Vulnerability Management Tools, Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025), Linux, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, Citrix, Ansible, Office 365, Power Platforms, Azure Services, Intune, and various network technologies including Wi-Fi, switching and routing, VPN, firewalls and many more.

We are seeking people who want to work on interesting BAU maintenance activities in a collaborative, supportive and high performing team. You will have proven third level experience and be used to working in a professional environment using ITIL processes. You will be a self-motivated, pragmatic individual and work effectively with others. You will be a trusted advisor to senior managers and will support and mentor less experienced colleagues.
