An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, professional person to join Leaders Romans Group as a Sales Consultant.
Working for one of the largest independent property services companies in the UK, this is a busy and varied role, floating between our Weybridge and Woking offices, covering a large area of Surrey. It offers lots of autonomy and scope to progress.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will live within close proximity of either Weybridge or Woking and will have at least one year of experience in residential sales, either current or very recent.

Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and maximising business opportunities
2. Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
3. Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
4. Achieving personal and branch sales targets
5. Networking with developers and the local community
6. Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
7. Building strong internal and external relationships
8. Preparing property details and ensuring data accuracy
9. Managing property sales from viewing to closing
Required Skills:
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record
2. Excellent sales skills and customer service
3. Good telephone manner and positive attitude
4. Negotiation skills
5. Tenacity, self-motivation, and drive to succeed
6. Ability to build and nurture relationships
7. Adaptability to change
