Position Title: HR Assistant (Volunteer)

Commitment: Flexible, minimum 5-10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update volunteer and employee records in our HR system.
3. Coordinate onboarding for new team members, ensuring they have the resources and tools to succeed.
4. Help organize training and development initiatives for team members.
5. Support the team with any HR-related queries and escalate issues to the appropriate manager.
6. Contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
