Customer Success Manager / SaaS Edinburgh Hybrid working – onsite 3 days p/week. £35k (OTE £45k) Our client is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Working closely with the Sales and Support Teams you will be a necessary part of the onboarding and implementation of new customers as well as ensuring seamless adoption of the platform. You will be responsible for;
1. Own the process ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully.
2. Manage onboarding plans.
3. Educating end customers ensuring they are confident with the platform.
4. As the customer is onboarded ensuring continued relationships to ensure satisfaction
5. Providing support, guidance and ongoing necessary support on the platform.
